The defunct fast food restaurant Novi Leskovac (New Leskovac) has some interesting shortenings in the café subheader: "ФАСТ' 'ФУД' (the letter 'T' is omitted) and "BRZA 'RANA" (the letter X is omitted). These are colloquial shortenings of words used in everyday speech, but they are rarely seen on street signs.
